Marshall and I am the owner of Heavenly Sweets. I started baking in 4-H at the age of 8. I learned early in life if you wanted things to taste really good, you used butter. That’s all we ever used at home and that has carried through even today. I have worked in a professional food environment since I was 28 years old. I have developed all of my recipes that we use today. <BR><BR> Quality and service have been the driving force of Heavenly Sweets since our inception of this company in 1991. We moved to Noblesville, Indiana in 1994 and started in my home with a licensed kitchen. In 1996 we moved to the Town Square where we are still today. In 2003 Heavenly Sweets Cakes bought a historic house built in 1891 to operate our <a href="id24.htm" target="_blank">Wedding Cake</a> and <a href="id25.htm" target="_blank">Specialty Cake Division</a>.<BR><BR> Heavenly Sweets has been written about by the <a href="http://indystar.com">Indianapolis Star and News</a> for our premium quality Truffles.<a href="http://www.thenoblesvilleledger.com/"> The Noblesville Ledger</a> has written about our growth and quality products several times. Heavenly Sweets was also a featured Wedding Cake Specialist in the January Issue (2004) of the <a href="http://www.indianapolismonthly.com/">Indianapolis Monthly, Indiana Bride.</a> <BR><BR> Our high standard of quality and exceptional customer service has been a key element in the tremendous growth of Heavenly Sweets. Our staff is also exceptionally skilled. Pat Gordon has been employed with Heavenly Sweets since 1997. Her talents and creativity have helped perfect our buttercream that looks like Fondant. Katy Hites graduated from Johnson and Wales, one of the best culinary schools in the country, at the top of her class.
